  • I have lived at Aventerra for 3 years and I love it here. I honestly can't understand all these complaints. It's an APARTMENT COMPLEX! You might have noisy neighbors or you might not. You might find cigerette butts or you might not. There are dogs and cats. Seriously if you want to live somewhere with no cigerette butts or dogs or people then clearly you need to get a house not an apartment. Ive never had an issue with neighbors or staff. I have a 2 bed 2 bath that is a great size. Everyone Ive met is friendly and I have never had any issues with theft. Ive left my car unlocked with the windows down and nothing was touched. I was there during the SWAT incident which was not a huge deal. This is a city with millions of people, no matter where you live youre bound to run into some crazies. When it happened I didnt even know there were police in the complex until I heard the flash bang, which had the guy out of the apartment in less than 5 minutes. So all in all i would totally recommend this place.
