  • Great and friendly service! My husband and I ventured into Saks for the first time ever on a Saturday night about 45 minutes to closing. We don't consider ourselves the typical Saks shoppers, but I love to window shop. I popped in to the beautiful fur showroom and was greeted by a lovely woman who, even though it was obvious we weren't buying anything, offered to show me around, teach me about the furs, and encouraged me to try on anything I wanted! We then went to the Chanel boutique where we received the same fantastic attention. Plus, on our journey from the fur department to the Chanel boutique several employees said hello in passing. I never felt rushed or ignored like I do in other department stores, especially so close to closing time. Although I'm not in the market yet for a high-end purchase, I definitely know where I'll be going when that time comes. Thank you Saks for making us feel like cherished customers!!!
