I've never experienced worse customer service than this.
Products and prices, great.
But Jesus Christ. You'd think when you buy a $1,200 computer, the customer service would be great or at least you'd get a "thank you" or even a fucking BAG for your laptop because it's a "model" and it doesn't come in a box. Really. The cashier didn't offer a bag at least.
Jesus fucking Christ.
The manager is horrible as well. Self righteous and horrible manners. I have worked in customer service since I was 14, and even when I was 14 I had a better attitude than all of those goddamn associates in there. So pissed. Best Buy from now on.
