  • I had been to Gaucho a few times before they remodeled. The food was always excellent, but there was barely any room to sit. Last night (Saturday) was my first time back at Gaucho since the remodel. The good news is that the food is still amazing and the prices are still the same. Bad news is that the staff did not grow enough along with the renovation, so the service was ridiculously slow and the line to even get in the restaurant was extremely long. My boyfriend and I waited about an hour to even get in the door, about 30 minutes in line inside the restaurant, and about 30 minutes after we ordered before we actually got our food. Let me re-emphasize that the food was absolutely delicious, but I do not recommend going there on a weekend evening.
