  • I'd like to add an update- Joe E. is always so courteous and professional when I call. It's nice to call and have the same pleasant person answer the phone and remember you as a customer. That goes miles for me, as most companies have a huge turnover rate and you never seem to speak to the same person. Joe does a fantastic job of getting someone out to us quickly as well! He deserves 5 stars!! I would also like to thank our service technician, Bogdan, for his time and professionalism today! He spent over 3 hours with us explaining the problems with our a/c unit, resolved multiple issues from filter noise to airflow. He also helped make our new a/c purchase affordable with a rebate and discount that he was not required to do. I will specifically ask for him for future service issues. Although, all of the technicians that we have had in the past have been great. I'm very happy with Alaskan's service on our heating and air and will continue to use them for all our heating and a/c needs!!
