So I went in one day to buy some gimme some brow while I was there a clerk in the No7 area color matched my foundation which I purchased. I came home decided that it made me look... dirty it was just tooo grey beige so I thought no big deal I'll return it and exchange it for a color that would match the Este Lauder color I used. So I brought them both in only to be told they could not exchange for me because I did not have the box. What? I was told I could return it nothing was said about the box. I told the clerk exchange it for me and you can keep the new ones box. Nope sorry can't do it. This came from a manager. Now I've been shopping at this location for over 10 or 15 years. I'm not trying to scam Ulta and because they think I am, I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore. I'm pretty disgusted. I will going back to tomorrow to speak with the store manager. I do not like be treated like I'm trying to get away with something when in fact the color is just plain wrong I used it once. I was told if it didn't look good I could bring it back. If I get no satisfaction tomorrow I'm headed to corporate this is no way to treat someone who has spent thousands not hundreds over the course of many many years. Sephora is further from my house but I will start making the extra trip. And you can get Boots no 7 products at Target. I will update this review.
