  • Got here at 12 went to the room and saw stuff from the last guest in the refrigerator and the bathroom was dirty we switched rooms We got back to our room at around 10 PM our room supposed to be smoke-free but next room to us was smoking pot and playing hip hop music very loud I don't smoke and the pot smell was all over my room so I called the manager and asked him after they fix the issue to call me she said I'm not going to call you back but I will tell the security to call you back To me that's very unprofessional of a casino manager plus the security never called me on the continued smoking pot all night and since the hotel was booked they could not put me into another room Traveling on vacation or business is all about experience Well I stay here ever again probably not
