I've been a patient here for 5 years. For geno and Lorena ! They're both Amazing!! The dentist is awesome also he keeps you comfortable during procedures and is pretty quick. The missing one star is for the other front desk staff. If I could rate them separately I would! I've seen many faces come in and out of the company but they don't know what they're doing with scheduling or with actually following through with what they say they will do. They gave me the run around with my daughter. I asked them August 2017 for a referral to a children's dentist. The front desk said "no problem we will send it to your insurance" I never heard back from them. Then I was told I had to bring her in to see the dentist for the referral. In February 2018. So from August to February. Lorena came back from maternity leave in may and I asked her to help me get my daughter to a pediatric dentist and she did it immediately. My daughter was seen within a week after I asked Lorena she got the job done. But by the time she was seen she had 13 cavities and had to have oral surgery and put to sleep at 2 years old. IT WOULDVE BEEN PREVENTED HAD THE STAFF DONE THEIR JOB AND TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN INSTEAD OF A NUMBER!!! The hygienist staff is wonderful they're sweet and helped me keep good oral hygiene over the years and through my pregnancy. Gene is wonderful he is like family now and treats his guests as family. He remembers almost everything we talk about during the 6 month check up visits. I love that kind of customer service. Sorry this is such a mixed up review but over the years the employees that have been around have been great and hopefully the company has trickled out all the bad eggs.
