  • Giving PF 2/5 due to my recent issue with having late fees tacked on when they didn't contact us about this. They never mentioned a late fee or gave us a call regarding they haven't received any payments. It isn't until I look at my bank account and don't see them taking the $10 monthly services. They said they would not remove all the late fees when it was their fault in the first place. They said they don't contact members because their HQ is in New Hampshire and they have 7,000 members and after it's been several months of no payments, they just cancel the account. Well, it sounds like PF is just lazy to begin with and should do something about it. What i'm trying to get at is, I feel like they are doing this on purpose and may have done this to other people in the past. I mean, I gave the person the actual check so how can you mess that up especially when you have to type it up twice since there are two accounts for two members. It wasn't until I said I'm not paying ANY late fees and got angry before they finally let up and stayed quiet and did the damn thing and just charge me for months not payed. It shouldn't have come to that conclusion where it had gotten a guest upset when I've been bragging about the great and wonderful service that they provide. I said "Thank YOU" pretty loud to the lady manager and she straight up just IGNORED me. I came back about 15 minutes later to update the billing info and got no welcome when I know she saw me walk right in. I know she was still mad because of how I argued and they couldn't profit that extra money especially if she was the owner. All that combined is what left me pissed off and another reason to add this review and showing people on YELP to beware of this. I truly hope this isn't going on to other members or else please post and review about this so this can be brought up to the BBB. I expect better customer service and treatment. I can understand if this was the 2nd time for some reason but it wasn't. Besides that, the gym is clean and works out for me. Would be nice to have a free-weight bench press instead of everything being tied/connected to something. IE - machines.. Thank you for your time!
