It's hard to find a Tim Hortons that does not get busy all the time. This one is no exception.
The plaza is next to the Go bus terminal and for that reason is popular among teens, especially when in the warm months and when it gets dark.
During certain hours, the traffic their gets crazy because of the drive through lane and the way it is designed. Idling cars block the intersection in the middle of the plaza and it's hard for other cars to get it or out.
Inside, the store is what you would expect from an typical Tim Hortons. It's been there a while so it feels a bit dated now. Not the cleanest (it can't be because it usually busy here) but clean enough.
The food is up to Timmys standards. Pastries and donuts to sit on the shelf too long as there is always someone placing an order.
Even with all this traffic, you should still be able to get a table if you decide to sit down and have a meal there because many customer take their order and leave. It can get noisy at times though.
Much like most Timmys these days, they offer free WiFi and no electrical outlets to plug in your laptop. I haven't tried it though so can't tell how fast or reliable it is.
