  • If you love your animals and hate being called a liar do not take your animals here. We took our dog to be neutered here and they didn't even put a cone on him after surgery. When we got there to pick him up we were told they did not have any cones that fit him. After getting him home we could tell he had already been licking his incision. After I had called them and told them it looked infected a few days later they told me to wait until Friday which was 2 days away. By this time I could see more infection and the sack filled with fluid. Was told this might happen and they said to place warm press to bring down the swelling which actually made it worse. Found out from REAL Vet that we should be icing it. Ended up having to have another surgery to remove the scrotum and clean up the infection. Then they had the nerve to reply to my review on Facebook saying I declined a cone and also declined the scrotum ablation. They told me they didn't even offer that surgery let alone decline it. They also said they would be mailing us the paperwork to show that we declined it but it's been 2 weeks and haven't gotten anything. Terrible company, terrible staff, terrible vet. Don't go here. I also love the fact that the business owner only responds to good reviews. Just shows how terrible they really are. Reply to your comment: I was never offered a cone or inflatable cone. Stop lying and admit that your business was wrong and messed up big time. Maybe you guys can chip in for the $1200 emergency scrotum ablation that was done after you guys let him lick his wound while in your care
