  • Three times I gave this place a chance. Jordan scheduled a meeting but didn't show; Andrea seemed more in a hurry to take her break. Another instance the staff did not send over requested pictures. I am a guy who is in a hurry to find a place! Leasing agents of Mark-Taylor, please pay attention to the little things. As a customer, when I ask for something, if it is in reason, please provide it, without acting put off or in a hurry. The location of SS is prime, but there is NO way I am paying the current lease prices for a Gold or Platinum floor plan until they complete renovations to the pool and landscaping. Get the ghetto basketball court out. No one wants to overlook that in a luxury apartment complex!? Also, in one of the model units there was a spot where the floor had caved in a bit. Um.... I might revisit this place if the renos are already complete. Until then, too expensive for what is lacking.
