  • The idea of this place one major flaw. To create a downtown shopping centre in the suburb creates lots of friction. Since the uptown transit is not as "good" as downtown. So people have to fight the traffic to get there instead of leisurely walk to there. Parking there is worse experience as indoor mall. To find parking, you have to drive away from the mall walk back to it. Lastly, the store selections are just not there. It is hard to get a good experience there with all these flaws. This is a place built with good experience in mind but doesn't really offer any.
