*** Update*** Jennifer from Elements called me this morning and apologized for any misunderstanding. She was very professional and empathetic in the way she addressed my issue. I greatly appreciate whenever a customer has a bad experience, and the management quickly moves to correct it. With that being said, I will be keeping my membership, because the massages are FANTASTIC! Booked another one already! Thank you, Jennifer. Looking forward to many more massages at Elements!
