  • We were in the area and my boyfriends usual place had a long wait and was far out of the way, so he looked on Yelp and this place had 4 stars and a short wait time. My boyfriend asked to get a trim of his undercut that grew out. He asked for a 5 but she was like, "Don't worry, this is my 4" and used a size 2 (electric razor). 1st MISTAKE: not listening to customer. The woman who cut his hair didn't even look under to see where the line was that separated the top and bottom. When I cut his hair, I use a comb. This woman didn't even look! She just went under the top, blindly shaving whatever hair was grown out. 2nd HORRIBLE, WORST MISTAKE: Not looking at what you're doing. Usually, when we go to cheaper, walk-in places like these, they sometimes get it wrong but at least it's straight. This lady did not give a s***. The lady who did his hair didn't care about her manners (she kept burping out loud, no apologies nor covered her mouth), didn't care about her hair appearance (if you're working in a hair salon, dress the damn part). You'll know who she is.
