  • Same complaint as previous review. This was second attempt there. Deceptive. As many times as you say NO don't need or want that the girl looks at you funny like ok..... What's it her concern what I buy. Then they said well call you when your prints are ready, we leave and they never call. We then call them a couple days later to find out its same day and the canvas and cup they pressure us to get for $220 package of photos and stuff we didn't need would be shipped to store and we'd be emailed when ready. So what we thought was not and girl was not professional only pushy. Then when asked for manager she accuses me of not know the process when her associate did not advise us the process. Then called corporate and get voicemail. No returned call. SCAM!
