  • Poor customer service. The bald Hispanic guy with the Cazals and beard, I believe to be Tino, is incredibly rude and poorly trained. Go to the 215/Decatur store they are a better trained staffed. I have had ATT for 19 years back when it was Pacific Bell Wireless and have never seen such a rude sales rep in an ATT store. That is the second and last time that I step foot in that location. I can walk to the 215 and Decatur store from my house-- I don't know what I was thinking of.
