I have been to The King's Kitchen on several occasions and most of my experiences have been good but one of things that I noticed as a result of this visit is that there is a pattern of this restaurant either not having in stock various items on the menu. This has happened more than once at The Kings Kitchen. On this particular visit they were out of both lemonade and creamed corn. I seem to always enjoy the BBQ Baked Chicken which on this visit it was rather dry. This was my first time trying the potatoe salad it wasn't the worst but was on the equivalent to a restaurant wholesale brand. Will not be doing that again. The collards were tasty but the black eye peas were not bland. Our host was very personable but was disappoint that he was not the actual waiter. No personality.
