  • I purchased a Groupon for lip and brow wax... I've been waxed many time over many years even in some questionable places... she repeatedly waxed over the same places with hard wax (meaning no strips). When it came to the lip wax she went over and over 2-3 times sometimes pulling off slow which is painful then dropped two globs of wax on my lip itself which at first burnt. Then she tried to simply pull it off and ripped part of my lip before I stopped her and told her I would do it myself. She then responded she would put oil on it which I allowed and pull the rest off with tweezers. I immediately left and when got into my car I noticed there was still hair and a good amount. I will never return and don't recommend anyone be waxed here.
