| - Stay away. It is so unfortunate we had to leave at the end of the lease with such a bad taste in our mouths. I absolutely recommend steering clear of this complex and the unprofessional, shameless people that work for them.
The apartments themselves are not luxurious and extremely overpriced. The pictures online do not reflect the true quality of these apartments. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear everything through them. Those marble-looking countertops are actually painted veneers. If you do move in with them, read your lease very carefully, The Lore will show you no mercy.
I am very surprised to read other positive reviews about the staff. From the moment the lease was signed, there was trouble with this complex. They lost the extra mailbox key (and asked for $5 at the end of the lease to cover this), provided unclear protocols, showed extreme disorganization (hand written receipts for $1000 payments), and had VERY rude attitudes. When dealing with a sensitive matter with the lease, Bianca rudely turns her back, walks out of the office, and begins talking with someone else, I was shocked.
Highly advise anyone looking to rent here to find another complex.
