rev:text	If I can give Tonna - sales staff at this dealership - and sales mgr staff at this dealership less then a star I would - wow what liars and scammers. And they were upset we didn't like their offer and walked and ran our credit 18x to knock down our credit score. They knew we were buying a home. . Wow what nasty rude people. Thankfully it didn't stop our home loan going through or buying a car elsewhere at a better rate and deal. Bottom line - don't go here - they are scammers, pushy,Tonna demanded i give her my bank card before they'd even dis cuss rates & said "oh this is normal here in Arizona. All dealerships do this" - that's funny, no other car dealerships we visited., Tonna tried to make it sound we had to pay for the polish monthly job like it wasn't an option until I said "do we have to buy that?" and she said "Yes it comes w/the package" so I asked again and she hesitated before lying again, "well, no, but you want it". what goes around comes around Tonna & Nissan staff. Tonna even was making fun of a customer who called her cell while we were test driving a vehicle. What a rude woman! She's the exact type of person why car sales people have a bad rap. We've told everyone we know at our company and school district to NOT go to this dealership specifically, and especially to avoid this woman who said she's thinking of leaving car sales and going into selling window treatments on homes. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS WITCH Tonna" if she goes into ANY line of work or anyone who works at this dealership. We've had some great car-shopping experiences but this place was horrible.
