  • I stayed at one of their Urbana location for over two years. I have stayed at two CPM locations and the PPM location and service was highly superior. They mostly reply to my emails promptly and any type of maintenance was done on time. Most landlords seem like they are not nice around here and that is mostly because this is a student dominated market. As soon as ppm realized that I was a good tenant, they cooperated with me all the time. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Also, people should be aware that the closer the location is to campus, the worse the apartment or service will be with any land lord.
