  • My wife was in a car accident a few years back. She was rear ended hard and immediately was in the emergency room following the accident. MRI's, therapy, and a multitude of doctor appointments followed. I called attorney Roy Nelson who I have used several times for various matters. Mr. Nelson and his partner Craig Drummond were fantastic from the beginning of this journey. We met at their downtown office and they walked us through how this process should work. What I liked so much about working with these guys is that one of them if not both plus their responsive staff were always available. They were up front about any developments and fought hard for us when issues arose with the various insurance companies and medical providers (and they always do). They had preferred medical providers to deal with who got my wife scheduled in asap as well. Ultimately, they negotiated down further medical payments and fought hard when the original offer from the opposing insurance company came in low. The outcome was the max offer we could get paid out per insurance and since they negotiated down the medical payments there was more money in our pockets. I HIGHLY recommend the law office of Craig Drummond and Roy Nelson.
