Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. My home warranty company sent them out. The first visit the guy said he thought everything was fine, (even though the AC was actually sputtering). I called and had them come out again, only they had an internal misunderstanding and didn't make it out that day. The next day they arrived and said the unit needed a new motor and that they could install it tomorrow.
They told me each day for the next 3 days that they would be out for repair yet they never showed. I called at the end of each day (because they didn't consider giving me a call to tell me they weren't going to make it). They finally came and installed the new motor the fifth morning, and the guy didn't leave paper work or anything when finished, he just left without speaking to me.
Of course that didn't fix things. I called my warranty company and told them I didn't want them sent back out at all. The next company that came told me the guy was lazy and didn't install the fan correctly. They got things working for me luckily.
I am going to finish this by saying that on top of all of this, they were extremely rude and acted like I was a massive inconvenience because apparently calling at the end of the day to confirm an appointment is rude to them. The cherry on top of the sundae is their F rating from the BBB.
Do absolutely everything in your power to avoid this company.
