  • From the moment I drove in I absolutely had the best of service. Pat took my complaint, no appointment scheduled, and went to get Ray Courtney, who asked what the problem was and immediately went to the next level knowing the issue needed higher authority for a decision. Kevin then stepped in as one of the senior executives at the store and immediately owned the problem and said they would fix it. Pat, Ray, and Kevin all treated me with great respect, never making me feel like I needed to fight to make things happen especially when the repair was very expensive. I am absolutely sold on the professionalism, concern, and care of this dealership as top notch amongst all dealerships and not because they have to but because they want to. Thank you all for making my experience exceptionally positive. I'll be back by choice for sure.
