  • When this store opened approximately a year ago, I was as pleased as punch - because this store's layout was unlike any other I had seen in Vegas: Well lit, upbeat, huge, every type of wig / hair you can think of, different types of hair, skin, and nail products. EVERYTHING! And the cherry on the cake of this store is an associate by the name of Jazz (sp). She is MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THE ACTUAL OWNERS OF THE STORE!! She is kind, attentive, gives valuable advice, and actually gives you the impression she cares about the customer service she provides. I am now only going to go to this location only on her work days, no joke. The other associates can be nice, but she really is head and shoulders above them, no shade. My question is, if the owners have such contempt for the type of customers that their product caters to, can they not find a different business venture from which they can make a living? To get this rating to a 5, the owners would actually have to change their entire demeanor, which is probably not going to happen. Pity....
