  • Not satisfied for what I paid for. My hair didn't even come out close to the picture that I presented! I asked for an ombre and paid for an ombre.. I only got what could be called highlights. Talked to them after the service and now waiting to hear back from the owner. Still unhappy as of now. They are extremely nice people though! Updated: I reached out to them and they were more than happy to let me come in and have them re-dye my hair free of charge . Turned out much better and I can definitely see the color now Had my hair toned too but didn't know I would get charged for it (was not mentioned it would be extra). Wish I was told that!
