  • I notice "Flooring America" has several billboards around town stating "where friends send friends" well friend, if that were true they would not need billboards. The "service" they provided was for me anything but professional. They did not hire a plumber to replace our toilet in the bath, as per our contract, the guy did not even replace the wax ring! At every turn their sales staff was negligent or rude. Our sales person immediate went on vacation and no one else could answer a question. When there was need for additional staff appointments to finish the job- so doors could close! I was told "you are the store managers problem now." I have a contract for two thousand dollars for a small bath and kitchen floor and this is how I was treated. Each person that arrived was new as if they hired them off the street and had to have what was wrong explained. Three months later the plastic base board is coming off. The regional management / owners will not return phone calls. Not once did anyone offer a dime off our price despite the amount of our time they wasted. We might as well have done it ourselves. Friends save your money and shop elsewhere.
