  • They may be a great medical office but they don't want new patients. When I called to make an appointment as a new patient the front desk staffer all but cut me off, explained tiredly that it would be at least three weeks, and asked for my name and number so she could call me back because she had three calls waiting. And she kept calling me "honey" - excuse me, I don't know you and I'm not your honey. Oh, and she never called me back.
