  • Wow!! This truly is first class service! Was in the Old Town Scottsdale area with a friend. The low engine oil light came on in car after lunch. Not time for an oil change yet - but wanted to get it checked out. Stopped in and explained to Keith. He called Andrew over right away and saw that it was low. Added a quart right away and wouldn't accept any payment - not even a tip. My friend has brought her car here for years and told me to come see them after the Meineke at Hayden and Thomas was so rude and wouldn't even look under hood without doing a complete oil change (never go to Meineke). Although it is a long drive for me - will be sure to use First Class Auto Service and tell everyone I know (especially the ladies) how fantastic this place is! Highly recommend is an understatement!
