  • Guy taking the order was toasted (not like a bagel) and could hardly open his eyes. Made rude remarks about why we didn't get a bagel at Tropical Smoothie next door-- we had just come from there because my friend is sick and wanted a smoothie. Also they charged me for a side of cream cheese when I asked for a slice of American cheese on my bagel. No other Dunkin Donuts has ever done this. Sub par. Worth it to drive to another location.
