  • If I could give them a zero I would! My husband wanted to try some new treatments they were offering so we went in for a initial appointment ( went fine). 30 days later we made another appoinment to follow up and get a plan going( I had to call and do this myself!)My usband drives 65 miles fills out the paperwork and the front desk tells my husband he cant be seen because the doctor hasnt looked over his file yet so he isnt considerd a patient yet!!! They had 30 days to look at his file and no one even mentioned this when we make our SECOND appt. Oh it gets better.....my husband gave it to the receptionist and walked out.One hour later the doctor who( is not even in the same office-he is across the complex) now has time to look at his file and has the nerve to say he is not comfortable treating my husband because of the severity of his pain issues.This place is a joke and looking to heard people in like cattle for money......they could care less about thier patients.
