The Mandarin Oriental by far has the best view on The Strip! Upon your arrival there is a bit of a confusion on where the check in is but your adventure awaits you by taking you to the 23rd floor. We were greeted and welcomed from valet to check in and everything got better from there. My sweetie and I had a room on the 21st floor and it was absolutely amazing! Walking in the curtains automatically open up. You can change the settings on your television for the curtains opening up whenever you walk in or different lightings. They have the simplest things which make a huge difference from a valet door in your room so you never have to physically open your door. Ice which is periodically replaced and a cup for water on each nightstand. The bathtub was big enough for two and of course the amenities they offered was a straightening iron, blow dryer, make up chair in the bathroom, and lint brush. HOWEVER, It was strange with all the things they provided there wasn't a tooth brush? For a five star hotel you'd expect a tooth brush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. We were ripping apart the hotel room to find all these wonderful things but not a tooth brush in sight!
We slightly hinted to the front desk at check in it was my sweeties birthday and after our adventure we returned to our hotel room with a bottle of champagne and a greeting card! Great service without a flaw and I would definitely say the treatment we had was five stars... But we will bring our own toothbrushes next time!
