| - Hello ladies and gentlemen,
Purchasing my first bike here was a "seemingly" great experience.
The sales members were great, the customer service was great, and of course the bikes were great. They easily were able to set me up with fair financing and get me into the Harley Academy for classes. The Harley Academy here was also an amazing process. The academy was a four day course teaching even a brand-new rider like myself the fundamentals that would allow a new rider, like myself, to be a successful and safe in this city.
The reason I say "seemingly" great is due to the rest of the experience. When my bike was delivered it was on its side in the back of the trailer. You would think due to this I would get a new bike and they would take the loss on funds due to the drop upon themselves, but they forced me to believe the best route was just fixing it. Now I am paying full price for a refurbished bike that has been dropped instead of a new bike. On top of that they failed to consider the battery life of the bike after being repaired during the work throughout the three to four week process. The bike was delivered after the work was complete with a dead battery.
Although the people who work at this shop are great people, it seems they've forgotten how to dot their i's and cross their t's. This lack of attention to detail has branded my opinion of this locations, so if you are looking to buy a Harley I highly suggest allowing the sales team to help orientate you into the correct direction. Maybe even allow them to get you some estimates on your ideal bike, and then go find a new location to purchase it. Harley Davidson is an American company that has been around since 1903, built from the ground up and known across the world. Allowing someone, who wants to get involved in the rich history that Harley Davidson has to offer, to go through such a harsh and painfully depressing experience is completely unheard of and unprofessional. I am sorry to say this is a disgrace to the Harley Davidson Legacy we all know and love, but this is my experience and story for you to take in.
