  • it took 10 days to get an estimate on a lawnmower servicing as I couldn't get it started. They told me that they drained and replaced the gas, etc. and that it wouldn't run. That it needed major carburetor work, the clutch was squealing, and a cable needed to be replaced. I decided not to have the work done. I was charged $50 estimate fee. When they got the lawnmower from their storage shed, they realized it didn't have a clutch and that it was a different one they were thinking about, but that this one still needed the other work done on it. I got it home and when I got a good look at it, I noticed that they hadn't done any work on it. There was no evidence of gas being drained, as there would have been some spillage on the deck. Everything was the same as when I dropped it off at their shop. I made a few attempts to get it started and it started, I adjusted the throttle speed and everything is as good as new again. Had I not tried to start it again, I would have bought a new one and taken this one to the dump. I AM NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY, AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IT TO MY FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES!
