  • I often go to this Sprinkles location because I live in Vegas and it's the only one around, but I've noticed the customer service is slowly deteriorating here. When I started going here in August, every time I went it, it was always a friendly greeting and it doesn't happen anymore. Usually I only get the red velvet cause its the best, but something may have changed is this last batch I got, it was drier than usual. Then I also got a strawberry cheesecake, didn't noticed til I got home, I got a cinnamon instead. Definitely not too fond of the cinnamon and highly upset that I didn't the strawberry cheesecake. I may go back and give it another try. But if its the same customer service, I may just save my sprinkles cravings for whenever I go visit LA.
