| - They are really nice when you're buying from them. But when you need their help, they are all gone. We called so many times to ask for the second key. We never received it. They are not even working on it. They told us they are going to work on it the second time we went to see them after the car purchase, but it's been 3 months now and nothing. Go somewhere else. They are plain businessmen and never really care.
UPDATE:
We never got our spare key that they promised TWO DAYS after the last time we went there in February. Now it's AUGUST. They also never reached us after receiving a gift card from Amazon. Yes, thank you very much for that. But we actually need the spare key and it costs a lot to get it on our own.
Take note: We paid the car IN FULL.
UPDATE: (23/Aug/2017)
They finally gave our spare keys. We went there to service our car. We saw the manager, I believe his name is JOE. He remembered us and when we mentioned the KEYS, he immediately called his people to prepare our spare key on the same day. GREAT! Good work! I wish they did that BEFORE not waaaay months after we got the car. That was February, now it's August, but HEY, we got the keys now so let me give another star only for the MANAGER and the people he called to make our spare key.
We love the KIA company, and will keep being loyal to KIA. However, if you will choose to purchase your car from this particular store, make sure to choose the right people to deal with to get the best service that's worth your purchase.
