  • STAY AWAY.! Been renting for less than 6 months. Reported water leak beginning of March, a guy came out and opened wall, said it will be an insurance claim and take a month or more to fix. Black substance noted, I paid for MOLD test, came back positive and no one has come back to fix it. I sent letter, emailed letter, hand delivered letter and lab report. NOTHING. They have no communications, the person who needs to call me back is on vacation. House is inhabitable. Having a hard time getting written conformation that they will refund deposit and release liability PER NEVADA LAW. STAY AWAY!!! Left review almost a month ago. NO CHANGE. The area supervisor does not respond to any emails, NO ONE DOES. This property management company is by far the WORST
