| - I recently moved from PA to the area in November, toured some apartments and decided to make my home here at Courtney Village in Dec. because I feel like for the space, layout, and area, the rent wasn't extreme. Though, after reading the reviews online, I was a bit hesitant but everyone has their own personal experience and not everybody's is the same.
Upon move in, I had some major issues that were dealt with right away that very day. Lisa, Cassandra, and Sarah are more than helpful anytime I've had a question or didn't understand something.
Maintenance is great! They are nice guys and are prompt to fix any issues. I see them refilling the doggy bags and emptying trash cans. The one guy always speaks.
No issues with parking where I live. Everyone has a space and I've noticed plenty extras. I haven't noticed any bugs around and being on the first floor I think that's good. As far as noise goes, my upstairs neighbor has a dog that barks a lot but it's apartment living and goes with the territory. Also, living by the 202, you do hear that noise but it's nothing disturbing.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this complex. I've lived here a month and have nothing to say that would deter a potential new resident. I like my apartment and feel comfortable here!
