  • I wish there was a rating option below one-star. Never have I experienced such disregard towards customer service. More importantly, I have never experienced such ineptness in ensuring that a flight will be ready for take off. They left a panel open before take-off! The flight dipped and lost control. Obviously, they did not have capable people on the ground checking equipment before the flight, which is frightening. Never use this airline. I never will again.
