  • We've been going here for years. My friend tried to get a players card to play poker tournament. They took his license for 20 minutes and told him since the back had rubbed off he couldn't get a card. Since they know us in the poker room, we tried to go to play cash and they called the poker room to tell them he couldn't play. He's played there over 7 years no issues. Suffice it to say we will never return. Rude, no apology and treated us like criminals. Ridiculous.
