  • Most horrible experience ever! I have been to this Macy's several times and for the first time ever, I have experienced a disrespectful experience and out of the normal Macy's Experience. Chris at the Home and Bath department at this Paradise Valley location, walked away after she asked me to wait for her. She knew I needed to know whether the Macy's at Fashion Square had the item I needed, since it wasn't available at this location, and she told me to call them. Instead of providing the option of giving me their number or checking the stock or calling them for me. This is the first time, and worst time I have had at this Macy's.
