| - I had a lot of trouble getting someone out here to work on my tub. I called around 10:30pm and got a live rep (yay!) who told me a tech would call me back. It never happened. I called back around 11:30, and was given a form-letter type of response. "Thank you for calling, someone will call you back shortly" No real acknowledgement of my problem.
Eventually someone did call, and told me they couldn't fit me in until the morning (that's fine) and to expect a call around 8am. The call finally came around 1:30pm. I was told someone would be out in 30 minutes. And hour later, I called to find out why no one showed. I again got a form-letter type response, and promised someone would call in a few minutes. And hour later, no call. I called again, and was given yet another form response. A few minutes later, the tech arrived (with no call) and he got to work.
About 15 minutes later, I finally got the call, while the tech was already at work. So disorganized!
The tech was somewhat friendly, but he was not very pet friendly. You would think that a guy who enters people's homes everyday would be able to work with animals better. My kitten brazenly rub up against him, and he was instantly unhappy, then complained about getting cat hair on his jump suit. Really? A guy who works in sewage all day is a little worried about cat hair?
Overall, they got the job done. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, and they did it on 4th of July. If I have another late-night or holiday emergency, I will call them, otherwise, I'll go with someone else.
*** EDIT ***
Scott, the owner did follow up with me, and I appreciate that. I have accordingly upped my star rating.
