  • I just have to write another review and express how satisfied I am with New Era. The toilet was leaking. I called their maintenance hotline and they generated a maintenance request, and within an hour or so their maintenance person called me. I was at work and my son was home so he let him in. When I got home voila! There's a brand new toilet! I'm so happy and pleased with the service that I've received from New Era. They are prompt and efficient. I've had other issues (another leaking toilet, broken AC) and they responded so quickly and the issues have all been resolved in less than a day! The staff is always so pleasant and always ready and willing to help with any issues that I've had. Thank you New Era!!! Keep up the great work!!
