  • This company advertised Black Friday deals starting at a specific time. I was online twenty minutes before the item I wanted went on sale. I picked the item and went directly to checkout. I have purchased a lot of items online from different companies and no how the system works. I actually have an account with this company from past purchases. When I went to put in my zip code, their system kept saying "error in zip code." Really? This is Lorex's way of not selling the products they advertised on Black Friday. When it finally accepted my original zip code, I was told at check out that the item was sold out. This is the WORST website I have EVER encountered! They will make excuses that the volume was heavy, but don't buy that. When an item for say by Lorex seems too good to be true, believe what I say, it's too good to be true. It's nothing but a scam to get you on their website and purchase more expensive items. If you don't want to believe me about my review, read the other Yelp reviews. This is all based around customer service. A little added note, I called the company and was told I would be on hold five minutes, twelve minutes later I was helped. It's time that customers know how the companies are run and to buy products elsewhere. They are a Canadian company, buy American! Read Joseph B's review below.
