  • I entered the store on a Saturday morning (1/9/16). I walked into the store in hopes of finding my boyfriend a nice anniversary outfit. I passed by an employee In shoes she just looked at me and kept on acting as if she was working. I preceded to the men section i turned the corner to a black employee laughing and joking with a white couple purchasing some items. He didn't even acknowledge me. I proceeded to the men section passing by another associate he didn't speak either. I guess since I wasn't purchasing anything they just ignored me. I just left. I couldn't get any assistance so why bother. I drove all the way to Carolina place mall and bought $150 worth of items. The customer service was great there. I will not be back in this store EVER.
