I brought my Mom here for a Birthday treat this afternoon. It's a cozy shop that uses whites and silvers, with pretty glass jars displayed on the counters. The place is crisp, simple and clean and the staff knows their products. My mom tried the chocolate mousse in the chocolate bowl and I had the Red Velvet cupcake. The mousse was good but it is my 3rd experience with their cupcakes and I've given enough chances to say that I'm not impressed. While the visual decor is beautiful, the cake is always dry. They are obviously overcooking their cakes. The creamcheese frosting was heavy and very sweet with little cream cheese. It was piled high on top and I'm sorry to say, but I'd like a little cake with my frosting, thank you very kindly. Let's not forget the prices, they are insane. 1 mousse, 1 cupcake and 2 cups of tea cost me 20$ (before tip). That's just crazy to me. The product does not justify the price. Unfortunately I have given this place enough chances, I won't be back.
