  • Alex Jimenez was referred to me from a friend who knows I am self-employed and knew I only got approved for so much because my file is complicated. Alex worked through all the paperwork and the numbers and came up with what I thought was a good maximum loan amount. I worked with that and found the perfect home. Alex said we would close in 30 days and he did just that. Thanks for everything Alex and I will be calling you on my next home purchase. I know my file was not easy but you stuck it out and made it happen. I have had others lenders turn me away in the past because they were either too busy or too lazy to go through all my paperwork.
