Ryan and his staff have kept our 2007 Accord and 2009 Civic in perfect running condition for the past several years, always diagnose problems accurately, fix things right the first time at very competitive prices and never try to sell services that are not needed. And when I showed up without an appointment around closing time on New Year's Eve last year with a turn signal that had just started malfunctioning, Ryan opened the shop back up (they had already closed, the entrance door was locked and the indoor lights were off, but he chased me down in the parking lot to see what I needed as I started to drive away!) and replaced a bulb himself (his staff had already left for the day), then refused to accept payment for the service. Outstanding customer service!
