  • I have been going to this location when it was under different management and was happy to see they had reopened. Angelica (give or take the name) was great and threaded my brows beautifully. I went today after a little over a month and the only staff there said she was no longer there Against my better judgement, I let her "thread" my brows. I say it in quotes b/c she did the opposite. When I was done I had one over threaded brow, w/ hairs still present that should have been removed and the other brow (the disaster) was a straight line. Literally, a STRAIGHT line! I grew my eyebrows out for over a month, they are full dark natural brows (no makeup used) so she had a blank canvas to start with and STILL managed to destroy them! I literally want to cry. My brows are dark so attempting to use makeup to shape them to cover the fact I have a thick line for a brow would look clownish! I am so upset & disappointed. I will not return and I advise anyone wanting threaded brows to think twice about getting them done here. I will continue to drive all the way to Tempe market place where they have amazing threaders & they always do a great job(ALL of them) ! Customer service was nice but at the end of the day that will NOT make up for botched brows that I have to walk around with until they grow back. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!
